Robin will meet you at your place of business to do a foot traffic and first impression walk through. Then you will sit down to discuss background information on your current marketing, systems, and customer journey. (Don’t worry if you don’t have these formalized- we will talk through it together.) During the time together, you will get new ideas and insight into improvements.

 

STEP TWO: EVALUATION SUMMARY AND ACTION PLAN

Receive the full Business Audit Summary. Meet with Robin for a follow up coaching call to review the summary, discuss it, and get guidance on your best strategic first focus. Document the next action steps for your focus.
